Confirm a Booking
A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to confirm a tour or seat on a tour.
The balance is payable on pick-up in the currency of your choice and all payments are subject to local Rates of Exchange in BMCE bank for that day.
Cancel a Booking
If you cancel your tour or seat on a tour the deposit is non-refundable.
Changes to the Itinerary
We may have to make changes to your travel arrangements in the event of snow or flooding i.e. the road is impassable.
If so we will take another (likely longer) route.
Accommodation
The standard of accommodation will vary according to the standards available in Morocco and should be judged according to local standards.
Special Requests
Please advise us of any Special Requests you may have i.e. dietary requirements, wheelchair assistance or special facilities for certain medical conditions so we can advise if we are able to cater for them.
Insurance
All types of insurance are your responsibility and you are encouraged to obtain the appropriate holiday travel insurance cover.
Insurance should cover at least the loss, expenses and damages arising from, including but not limited to, the cancellation of your travel arrangements (whether in whole or in part), personal accident and injury, medical and repatriation costs, loss of baggage, personal money and belongings; flight cancellations and delays.
Complaints
If you have a complaint, you must immediately notify us so that we can deal with it.
